The 2024 Science on Tap Beer Festival held by the Orlando Science Center was the first of what we plan to be a long list of festival participation for Brewers Anonymous this year.
Several of our club members brewed and poured at this fundraiser event, which ended up being a cool, crisp, sunny day in Loch Haven Park.
30 Breweries and brewers shared their beers with event attendees that day, and we were excited to offer guests five unique beers: Cold IPA, Tropical Stout, Smoked Hop Amber Ale, Pale Ale, and Hot Pepper Ale.
We received many compliments on our beers, with the Tropical Sout and Hot Pepper Amber Ale being the far and away winners for the day at our tent.
We met a lot of great beer fans, caught up with local brewers and Florida Homebrew Club members, and drew some interest in our club from experienced and eager to learn soon to homebrewers.
Thanks to the Orlando Science Center for inviting us to this year’s event and our club members who donated their beer and time to help us be part of this festival.
