The Brewers Anonymous Master Class returned on Friday, April 5th, with a fantastic night at Zymarium Meadery!
The Master Class events, a unique privilege for our members and their guests, offer an intimate exploration of a local venue and an exclusive presentation and question and answer session with the key figures behind the venue.
This Master Class was held at Orlando’s first Meadery – Zymarium. Owner and mead maker Joe Leigh walked the club through a curated flight of meads, explaining in great detail the steps involved in creating each mead.
Many enjoyed the pours from Zymarium’s extensive and diverse menu while discussing the flight.
During the presentation and long after, Joe generously shared his expertise, answering our questions and providing invaluable tips to enhance our mead-making skills.
We want to thank Joe and the entire staff at Zymarium for a fantastic night and for taking the time to speak with us. We’ll all be back soon!
