Master Class: Barrel Aging w/ Charles Frizzell of Broken Strings

Come on out for our first Class in the Master Class series.

Charles Frizzell is a 2nd generation brewer, and Owner of Broken Strings Brewery which is one of the two Breweries at Broken Cauldron Brewery and Taproom.

Charles is a Pro when it comes to barrel aging, if you have yet to try some of his beer, this will be a great opportunity to do so. Charles will be speaking with us about Barrel Aging, and he will also take us through the process of draining a barrel and putting it into a Brite Tank for carbonation.
