First club comp was Pilsners and they were delicious. Thank you to those that got their beers dropped off and huge thank you tot the judges for taking the time to asses these beers and provide feedback.
This month we discussed other upcoming circuit competitions, like Hurricane Blowoff opening next month and the differences between two very common styles, Festbier and Marzen. Anna discussed the benefits of making a “Malt Tea” and how you can do this at home to try new grains and understand the flavors that they will impart on your next brew.
