This month is our Amber and Brown Competition and you all did not disappoint! There were 14 entries dropped off and judged by our wonderful volunteers. by the end the top 3 included a Brown Ale, California Common, and a Dark Mild. If you would like to try any of check out the take a beer and leave a beer fridge for a few left over samples.
Additionally we reviewed 2 hops, El Dorado and Calypso. While the hop water was less than stellar I hope that you learned something. Take a look at the presentations below if you would like to review them.
