Last Fridays meeting was awesome!
We had a great turnout for the meeting and had 15 different stouts that were entered into the Stout Challenge. We talked about how much fun the Barrel Project was and how we can’t wait to try the beer in November. We then talked about the by-laws and how we have officially filed with the state as a Social Club. There was discussion about yearly dues to be a member, and some side conversation about possible lifetime membership.
The stout challenge was amazing, there were so many different takes on stouts to be had. We had 2 winners. Eric Slazyk took first place and Kyle Goldfarb took second and third place! Congratulations guys! As the winner Eric got to choose the next challenge. He chose SMASH IPA as the category. This will be due at the October meeting. Good Luck!
